| Job Description: |
We are looking for experienced Sales Professionals having Bachelor\'s/Masters degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related field with 4-5 years of experience in a sales operations or support role in Dairy/FMCG.
This position is responsible to:
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely booking.
- Generate and maintain sales performance and operational reports (Excel-based).
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Logistics, Production) to ensure order fulfillment.
- Manage and update sales data in ERP/CRM systems.
- Support the sales team with data analysis, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Solid understanding of sales processes and order management systems.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM tools.
- Proficiency in Excel and other reporting formats.
