Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients.
- Identify and pitch decision-makers (CEOs, Marketing Heads, IT Managers) in target industries.
- Promote and sell services like Web Development, SMM, SEO, Paid Ads, Branding, and UI/UX Design.
Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on client needs.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, development, design) for solution delivery.
Track sales metrics and provide performance reports to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales (preferably in digital/IT services).
Strong network and knowledge of local/international markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Familiar with CRM tools and digital lead generation platforms.
