We are looking for a proactive, experienced professional who can lead, manage, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while delivering top-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Onboard new clients and ensure smooth operational integration.


•  Maintain and manage a portfolio of existing clients efficiently and professionally.


•  Communicate with our Germany office to resolve queries and ensure accurate coordination.


• Understand complex business processes and translate them into correct accounting treatments.


• Handle multiple clients’ data simultaneously, ensuring accurate and on-time account completion.


• Ensure timely VAT submissions to the relevant German tax authorities.


• Prepare monthly profit and loss statements for client review.


• Collaborate with the Germany office on year-end closing and preparation of financial statements.


• Prepare all necessary details and documentation in case of tax audits or inspections.


• Lead, train, and supervise a team of bookkeepers and junior accountants.


• Review and report on the quality of work submitted by junior staff.


• Work under strict deadlines and high-pressure situations with consistent professionalism.

Who We’re Looking For:

1. Strong command of German accounting standards and tax regulations will be preferred.


2. Excellent leadership, delegation, and team management skills.


3. Able to handle multiple client accounts with accuracy and speed.


4. Experience in VAT returns, financial reporting, and audit preparation.


5. Exceptional organizational and communication skills.


6. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. (German Language will   be a plus)


7. A self-starter with a high level of responsibility and integrity.
