| Job Description: |
- Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
- Completing analysis of the employee expenditures.
- Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company.
- Maintain and Collect daily dispatched Cargo and Vehicles from on field staff.
- Prepare Daily Report of vehicles accounting.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing trip information.
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
- Prepare balance sheets
- Process invoices
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Update internal systems with financial data
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements
- Participate in financial audits
- Track bank deposits and payments
- Assist with budget preparation
