| Job Description: |
We invite applications from qualified and experienced candidates for appointment on a contract basis, against the post of Field Support Engineer.
A suitable candidate must be able to perform:
- Daily New Surveys and reporting
- New Links Installation
- Shifting of existing links
- Troubleshooting of existing customer links, alignment, and field visits
- Survey for LAN projects
- Conducting event-based Field activities
- Handling customers’ complaints and handling visits
He should:
- Have experience in basic Computer Networking and Wi-Fi LAN.
- be CCNA/CCNP certified
- be familiar with CISCO routers/switches.
