| Job Description: |
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive for the Real Estate project of Safiya Homes. The ideal candidate should have these qualities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Selling homes and plots and performing marketing activities both inside and outside with through social media and marketing strategies
- Conducting field activities as and when required for the purpose of marketing, branding, and sales of plots and houses.
- Possessing strong communication skills to effectively convince customers to purchase a home or plot.
- Understanding real estate projects through market survey and research.
- Conducting project site visits with visitors and customers to facilitate sales of homes and plots.
- Dealing with customers in an appropriate and professional manner on a daily basis.
- Engaging in telemarketing to attract prospective customers (using data received from social media and other sources) to visit the project site and consider purchasing a home or plot.
- Completing all paperwork and reports related to sales and collections accurately and in full.
- Preparing mortgage financing files related to loan applications for customers, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely and orderly manner to the relevant financing department.
- Managing customer documentation and file work.
- Demonstrating the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
