Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

- Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are met.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related fields.
- Strong skills in requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with SQL, Excel, Google sheets, Jira, Asana.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
