| Job Description: |
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation and organization of documentation for bidding and tender submissions
- Maintaining and updating trackers for submitted proposals and ongoing submissions
- Coordinating with customer POCs to follow up on pending purchase orders
- Supporting the arrangement and documentation of weekly review meetings and internal discussions
- Undertaking additional coordination or documentation tasks as required on an ad-hoc basis
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or Project Management
- Prior internship experience in corporate or project roles (not mandatory)
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; however, people who know other languages, like Arabic and Chinese, will be considered as additional capability.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
