1. Project Initiation, Planning, Scheduling, Estimating, Coordinating, Controlling, Managing and Delivering Project activities and objectives through relevant departments within the project management unit to ensure on-time completion of work activities at sites and implementation of Project Control & Monitoring Procedures.
2. Act as chief coordinator for all work sites (Civil, MEP, Electric, OFC, Park/Zoo, Mosque, Gali & Other Society Buildings). Also deploy safety apparatus of HSE department.
3. Reviewing and Monitoring Project Schedule, Budget & Costing.
4. Monitoring the Project Performance using the frameworks, tools & techniques.
5. Liaison with multiple project Stakeholders with required Reporting at different levels.
6. Effecting supervising and managing the Project activities to archive critical milestones and the project implementation plan.
7. Hiring of Project Management Team to undertake Project related tasks, activities and deliverables including hiring &tasking of consultants.
8. Assigning tasks to Project teams and to give them strategic direction to achieve their assigned goals. Also act as Chief Infrastructure Planner of the society.
9. Implementation of the Work Plan/Activity Plan & Project Timelines through functional and technical teams.
10. Keeping Top Management informed of progress of all the works and coordination.
11. Conducting capacity needs assessment and developing, implementing and imparting training activity plan.
12. Developing Risk Assessment Strategies and Implementing Risk Management Plan with relevant Finance & Project Team.
13. Making Project objectives and Deliverables compliant with guidelines of Top Management.
14. Provide day-to-day Administrative, Technical and Management guidance to the teams.
15. Having significant knowledge of Contract Law and Management Skills for successful contract negotiations with Contractor/Consultants and other relevant Project Stakeholders.
16. Acting as CRE (Chief Resident Engineer) of Infra development & Construction Work.
