We are hiring a Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, and provide excellent service throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements

• Provide information on destinations, travel options, and packages

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person

• Prepare itineraries, invoices, and confirmations

• Maintain updated knowledge of travel trends and regulations

Requirements:

• Experience in the travel industry preferred

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Knowledge of GDS or booking software is a plus

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Basic computer skills
