- Deliver lectures and conduct training sessions in assigned subjects, utilizing diverse teaching methods and educational technologies.
- Organize academic activities such as presentations, group discussions, and relevant field visits to enhance trainee learning.
- Prepare and administer assessments, including internal and final exams, and evaluate trainee performance regularly.
- Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback to relevant authorities, and support their academic and personal development.
- Collaborate with department heads and coordinators to implement and update course curricula, including clinical training modules.
- Develop and manage training schedules, ensuring effective coordination with clinical and academic departments.
- Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and quality improvement initiatives, contributing to continuous enhancement of training processes.
- Adhere to institutional policies, procedures, and standards, including those related to infection control, patient safety, and ethical practices.
