Job Description:
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including facilities management, office services, and support staff.
  • Organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events
  • Ensure a well-maintained and organized work environment.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolutions.
  • Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations
  • Oversee security measures and protocols for the organization
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the administration
