| Job Description: |
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Materials Store Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our materials store. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of store personnel, ensuring accurate inventory control, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of store personnel in receiving, stocking, and issuing materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records using a ERP
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures within the store
- Identify and address discrepancies in inventory levels
- Investigate and resolve stock shortages and damages
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, usage, and trends
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Train new staff members on store operations and procedures
- Assist with resolving production inquiries and issues related to materials
- May perform other duties as assigned
