| Job Description: |
- Verified & approved Payroll Payment proceedings
- Preparation of Cheques against verified and approved Payment Request/s;
- Prepare & update daily funds position;
- Monitoring & maintain record of I/tax challans.
- Data entries in accounts software with accuracy
- Reconciliation – Debtors/creditors/Banks
- Preparation of Monthly Profit & Loss;
- Appropriate filing for all types of Invoices, Jobs file & Vouchers, maintain filling of accounts voucher, bank statement, credit card statement & letters etc.,
- Co-ordination with sites & vendors for account related matters.
- Preparation of invoices & Journal entries.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the concerned seniors
- Prepare Manual Vouchers - BPV/BRV/CPV/CRV etc.,
- Any other Task & assignment assigned by the management or senior/s;
- Effectively generate suggestions, non-conformities or complaints through Corrective Action Form;
