·         Will work under guidance and supervision of Ticketing Supervisor of station.

·         Handle day to day assignment related to reservation & ticketing.

·         Develop good relation with colleagues, passengers and travel agents.

·   Keep all correspondence/business matters related to our business strictly   confidential.

·         Preparation of itinerary, fare calculation according to the rules.

·        Be aware of latest rules and instructions issued by various airlines from time to   time.

·        Should be well conversant with policies of government for passengers travelling   by air.

·         Promote our sales with efforts and conduct.

·         Performa any other official task assigned by AM/Supervisor.
