Job Description: |
Summary of key functions:
- Administrative and financial support
- Record keeping and reporting on all the transactions including financial, sales and purchase.
- Continuous monitoring of all financial and inventory records.
- Reconciliation of company financial record with Banks.
- Audit of inventory at specified intervals.
- Voucher processing.
- Handle logistics of sales and purchase.
- Uploading all the transaction to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Managing sales tax and withholding tax matters.
Core Competencies
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Sound understanding of accounts and finance
- Good IT and computer skills
- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics GP is preferable.
