Job Description:

 


Summary of key functions:



  • Administrative and financial support

  • Record keeping and reporting on all the transactions including financial, sales and purchase.

  • Continuous monitoring of all financial and inventory records.

  • Reconciliation of company financial record with Banks.

  • Audit of inventory at specified intervals.

  • Voucher processing.

  • Handle logistics of sales and purchase.

  • Uploading all the transaction to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.


Managing sales tax and withholding tax matters.


Core Competencies



  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.

  • Sound understanding of accounts and finance

  • Good IT and computer skills

  • Experience of Microsoft Dynamics GP is preferable.
