Job Description / Responsibilities

- Responsible for production, planning & decision making of Yarn & Fiber dyeing.

- Manage Yarn & Fiber Dyeing production process & will be responsible for 12 Ton/day Yarn & Fiber Dyeing capacity unit.

- Manage subordinates under the Yarn & Fiber Dyeing unit.

- Meet leading buyer’s quality & testing standards.

- Capability to bring Outside orders.

- Execute buyer wise production and fill up buyer’s requirement.

- Handle subcontract complain / issues inside and outside as needed.

- Monitor and control quality norms and required parameters as well as maintain data as per production.

- Ensure the quality standards of Yarn & Fiber Dyeing as well as cost reduction.

- Responsible to implement various latest Yarn & Fiber Dyeing practices and shall be responsible for implementation of international quality standards.

-  Lab experience will be given preference.

- Any other jobs assigned by the management from time to time.

Other Requirements:

- Candidate must be Chinese National with native fluent.
