| Job Description: |
Assist the PSM team in carrying out all procurement and supply chain activities according to the Project Procurement Plan and in line with Global Fund procurement rules.
- Assisting in the completion of procurement and supply chaincases.
- Assisting in preparation of Bidding/Tender documents.
- Collection of quotations from the open market if and when required according to the specification outlined.
- Assisting in Issuance of Purchase Orders.
- Assisting in checking RVs and Inventories and report for any non-conformity.
- Checking of Supplier invoices with supporting documents.
- Follow up with the warehouse for stock inventories.
- Take on any other tasks identified by Director PSM that may be necessary to ensure proper and timely management of warehousing function.
Line Reporting:
- The position holder will report to Director PSM.
- Any other tasks /support assigned by line Manager/Supervisor.
