•  Plan and conduct new employee orientation on monthly basis to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives
• Actively participates in recruiting efforts as needed including attending job fairs, researching and evaluating job advertising options to ensure that resources are used in a cost effective manner and are reaching a diverse pool of candidates.
• Achieving financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submits information for budget preparation; schedules expenditures; monitors costs; analyzes variances
• Sourcing & Recruitment of candidates from Job Portals / Referral Network / Social Networking sites / Professional Websites/ Blogs etc. as per requirements for both Technical and Non-Technical Profiles.
• Maintain records including but not limited to, Joiners/Leavers, Offers letters, Appointment letters, Salary revisions, promotions and transfers.
• Plan for headcount to staff the positions based on requirement by updating the Vacancy Tracker
• Maintains HCM records and compiles reports from database and prepare H.R. Monthly reports as per standards
• Design and execute organizations Employee Engagement activities nationwide.
• Responsible for employee confirmation/non confirmation based on performance.
•  Develop and maintain vacancy reports and key metrics to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of recruiting strategies and programs.

Requirements

• MBA (HR) or Equivalent
• Minimum 4-5 year experience in Talent Management and 2 Year as Team Lead
