| Job Description: |
- Prepare bank reconciliation on daily basis and present to the internal auditor on weekly basis.
- Preparation all type of DO Waste, Scrap,Sizing,Yarn.
- Maintain third party stock sheet (Sizing,.) and strong follow up original sales tax invoices and material not received within due date with concern HOD’s.
- Prepare and posting of Sales tax invoices of Loca sales e.i Yarn,Waste,Scrap etc.
- Booking of store/import purchase vouchers and send original Invoices to Sales Tax Department and ensure that all invoices are received by the Sales tax department on daily basis.
- To reconcile store vendor’s ledger.
- Prepare and submit withholding tax statement U/s 165 on quarterly basis.
- Prepare following voucher on daily basis.
- Selling.
Administrative
- Export / Local sale
- To keep all above vouchers in files in serial number and get audit from internal auditors on daily bases.
- Booking of Mark up on various loans on monthly basis and get verified from bank
- Preparation of DO for CMT
- Maintain third party stock sheet CMT (Sizing, Yarn dyeing, CMT etc.) and strong follow up original sales tax invoices and material not received within due date with concern HOD’s..
- To reconcile vendor’s ledger other than store parties.
- Prepare bank reconciliation on daily basis and present to the internal auditor on weekly basis.
- Prepare statement of withholding tax u/s 165.
- Any Other assignment from management.
