PRG (Progressive Resource Group) is a recruiting company having multiple clients in UK and US. PRG started its operations back in 2017 in UK and now initially started to expand its operations in US market.
Office Timings: 3pm to 12am OR 1pm to 10pm
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday Off)
Job Description:
- Primary role of IT Administrator is to oversee and maintain all aspect of company’s computer infrastructure i.e. Server configuration & management, VoIP configuration.
- Maintain Networks, servers and security programs and systems.
- Manage the upgrade and installation of new hardware and software.
- Perform trouble shooting to address any problem with computer system and assess viruses and potential threats to a company networks.
- Monitor the use of email outlook, create and change password, make suggestions for improvement to computer system, backup data and perform data recovery if needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar. Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, or Cisco certification.
- At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Must have CCNA certified.
