• Assist in the preparation of monthly statements, ability to play a key role in the monthly close.
• Prepare and verify daily Cash Book and Bank Reconciliation Statement.
• Control of the payment subject to withholding tax and therefore is required to deduct and remit taxes withheld to the government.
• Update accounting database for daily financial transactions.
• Maintain a backup for all the financial data
• Maintain integrity and accuracy in financial transactions and reports
• Liaise with banks to address any account issues and queries
• Maintain security and confidentiality of financial records.
• Develop professional knowledge on cash management processes and techniques.
• Prepare journal entries and accruals for monthly close
• Maintain filing and documentation for Tax Record
• Work as a team with other accounting staff in standardizing practices and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s Degree in Accounting
• At least 2 year of Accounts and Sale Tax experience in any firm.
• Necessary knowledge of MS Office and prepaid accounts software is required.
• A pleasant, confident telephone manner
• Reliability and honesty.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated skills and experience in managing the pursuit of goals through collaboration and teamwork
