To administer day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of all patient services throughout the hospital.

• To innovate, design and align for a smooth patient journey in all areas of the hospital.
•  To conduct patient experience rounds with the multi-disciplinary team in the inpatient areas.
• To look beyond the obvious and understand the emotional experience of patients and build tangible systems to facilitate this experience.
• To develop departmental policies and procedures according to PHC and JCIA standards.
• To develop and implement clinic specific goals and performs strategic and tactical planning for the clinic by establishing short and long-term objectives.
• Liaise with doctors to facilitate patients in all areas of the hospital and ensure all systems are aligned.
• To reviews and analyze statistical data to enhance productivity, efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Uses outcomes to expand services and improve operations.
• To handle patients complaint system; patient care issues, problems and concerns and take corrective action where necessary.
• To ensure excellent patient services, assuring that patient service standards are consistently met; conducting on-going patient and provider satisfaction surveys to measure and report performance.
• To coordinate and communicate with consultants and other support services to ensure provision of seamless services to the patients.
• To develop employee engagement and development plan for better employee experience of frontline employees.
