| Job Description: |
- Execute M&E System/tools in the Projects.
- Develop result frameworks for the donor funded projects.
- Develop monitoring and data quality assessment plans.
- Prepare toolkits for the data reporting and analysis of project progress.
- Conduct Baseline/end line surveys, assessments/studies and Project Evaluation (both internal and external) as may be required.
- Conduct formative and summative monitoring of the projects.
- Conduct regular monitoring & reporting of the project and inform the management pf corrective action required to ensure smooth functioning of the project.
- Develop an effective Complaint and feedback Mechanism (CFM) in programs and projects, through entrenching standard protocols.
- Prepare and review M&E plans, work breakdown as per projects requirement.
- Conduct regular follow-up and generate reports on the compliance status through monitoring visits as well as provide recommendations for quality assurance.
- Facilitate project team and resource mobilization team in the planning process of the project deliverables.
- Any other task assigned by the Management.
