We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Team Lead to help us expand our business.

• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate strategies.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Quality project selection and bidding.
• Manage and check the written proposals by the team and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
• Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with client, and closure.
• Help team to gather requirements and coordinating with experts to deliver the project to the client. 
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s)
• Experience with interacting with clients in US/ UK / Canada 

Skills Required:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

• Having 3+ years of professional experience in business development.

• Experience in working with North American & European regions, generating business through different means.

• Knowledge of existing market trends and sales strategies in software companies.Having sound Knowledge of  (Fiverr, Upwork, Freelance, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Craiglist, etc.) For IT projects like web design, SEO, Social Media, Development, App Development, Graphic Designing.
