| Job Description: |
Chaplet International PVT Limited is searching for a candidate who can perform the following tasks,
- Oversee the operations of the Accounting Department.
- Supervise Account Department staff, including Accountants, Accounting Assistants, Accounting Clerks, and Bookkeepers.
- Direct dealing with bank on different issues such as (Cash inflow outflow, Bank Reconciliation Statement.
- Management of accounts, reporting, account payable, account receivable, inventory and banking.
- Check and verify Petty expenses.
- Establish accounting systems and enforce policies and procedures.
- Knows how to operate SAP Financial Module.
- Process company financial data and run last reconciliations.
- Provide strategic analysis on company financials.
- Develop forecast planning.
- Produce financial statements and reports.
- Supervision of Internal Stock portfolios and audits.
- Ensuring compliance of income tax and sales tax (FBR & Provincial) laws along with timely filling of monthly & annual tax returns affairs.
- Pre-Audit of Payments, Salary, Party Payments etc.
