| Job Description: |
Production manager with a minimum of 10 years + experience required.
experience is running if chemical / oleochemical plants ideal.
preferable experience in Multi National.
Responsibilities:
- To manage human and material resources to meet production targets.
- To make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement.
- To work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
- To ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.
- To monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
- To ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management
- To implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
