| Job Description: |
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage & Lead the City’s Sales Team and onboard all inventory (restaurants) on foodpanda.
- Training, Monitoring & Evaluation of reporting teams.
- Getting all A , B & C category vendors on-board on the platform.
- Manage inventory of the city/Area and make sure the inventory is optimized on Sales Force , live and growing each month from the previous month.
- Daily Monitoring of the onboarded restaurants and making fixtures in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to make sure restaurants is timely Activated.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Ensure monthly growth in orders from your relevant city through – New Vendor Onboarding, Existing Inventory Optimization and activation
Following are the KPIs for Senior BDM:
- Daily Stand-Up Sales Call
- Weekly Stand-Up Sales Calls
- Weekly Individual Meeting with Sales Rep
- Weekly Field Sales Call
- Meeting and Signing Strategic key Vendors ( A category Vendors ) in particular area/City and get them on board.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree.
- 2-4 years of experience in relevant field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must Be willing to work on Field.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- You are a natural hustler.
- High degree of emotional intelligence.
