| Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management strategy and plans.
- Monitor daily patients round to check sufficient staffing, dress code, and untoward incidents, patient's condition & manage patients complaint system.
- Maintain control on all aspects of patient care activities and offer advice on safe equipment handling.
- Organize regular nursing departmental meetings, prepare and manage schedule / rota of all shifts & supervisors including leave applications.
- Fully aware of institutional quality policy, objectives and mission of hospital and endeavors to implement with team spirit within the department.
