The Position
We are looking for a Software Developer to design world-class applications for our evolving CRM requirements. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions and will work with other Developers and Product Managers throughout the software development life cycle. In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. If you also have experience in Agile frameworks and popular coding languages (e.g. JavaScript, .Net, PHP), we’d like to meet you.
To ensure success as a Software Developer, you must have at-least 1 year of experience working with CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. Ultimately, as a Software Developer, you must be able to create dynamic and scalable applications that perfectly meet the evolving needs of the company.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing customized apps to meet company objectives and provide scalable processes
- Must be able to design, code, and implement Salesforce applications
- Testing the stability and functionality of the application
- Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
- Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software
- Identify and analyze system requirements and defines project scope, requirements and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities and oversee project execution on a daily basis
- Review projects' outcome and identify process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Atleast 1-year development experience in MySQL, .NET, HTML, JavaScript/CSS Framework, (i.e. Bootstrap, AngularJS, React) or similar programming environments
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience developing customer-facing interfaces
- Ability to solve high-level software and application issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms is a plus
