Quality Resource a multinational digital marketing company is looking for the Recruitment Executive for the Tech Department hiring’s.
The ideal candidate will be required to perform the following Job duties as a Recruitment Executive:
1. Screening and shortlisting the potential candidates by conducting their telephonic interviews.
2. Working with recruitment agencies to source candidates for specific job positions if required.
3. Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
4.Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
5.Conducting confidential interviews, checking references and credit.
6. Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications.
7. Track and identify of prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
8.Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits.
9.Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
10.Guide and facilitate candidate’s negotiation process through to its completion.
11. Conducting HR orientation of the newly hired staff. Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
12. Coordinating with relevant department manager and candidates for scheduling interview timings and days.
13. Conducting exit interviews with employees and recording and updating them accordingly in the employee feedback list.
