We are hiring for our client , Onscreen, a multinational company headquartered in San Diego, California with offices in Colombia, UAE, Mexico and Pakistan is looking to hire an effective, knowledgeable, committed and self-motivated Product Operations Engineer.

 A brief overview of the responsibilities is below:

• This Engineer represents Onscreen internationally and deals with international clientele therefore communication and presentational skills are his/her main forte. 
• Being available on support channels to provide timely support for software and hardware products of Onscreen. 
• Ensuring that all support tickets are catered as per Service Level Agreements. 
• Having basic knowledge of networks and systems and deploying on-premise video conferencing and screen sharing servers. 
• Conducting customer training on Onscreen software and hardware.
• Working with warehouse team and technicians to ensure timely deliveries, repairs and reception of damaged/defective equipment. 
• Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries
• Analyzing call logs and usage patterns so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
• Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves  
• Creating and regularly updating technical documentation and comparisons with competitive products and brands. 
• Testing of all upcoming Onscreen products before launch and creating technical documentation.
•  Working closely with sales and marketing teams to discuss customer and market trends thereby recommending upgrades to the Onscreen products accordingly. 

Timings: 9 am -6.00 pm (Sunday to Thursday)
