• The right candidate should have decent SEO knowledge to create high quality, long and short format copy that resonates with B2B & B2C audiences, and general content to aid in creating company growth.


• The ideal candidate should have a technology background and should be able to adopt the latest trends in Microsoft Technologies (CSP, Exchange, Hyper-V, Dynamics 365, etc.), Cloud Computing, and Digital Communication (VoIP, Microsoft Teams, Direct Routing, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Ability to write and edit high-quality engaging blog/articles, web content, newsletters, social media posts, stories, research reports, reviews, technical content for third-party distribution sites, and manage content-related tasks across platforms using SEO best practices.


• Drive the documentation planning in partnership with customer success and product teams.


• Produce high-quality documentation for products including manuals, help topics, FAQs, etc.


• Independently research, craft, and fine-tune white papers, case studies, presentations, content for videos & press release.


• Able to conduct thorough research on industry-related topics. Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention.


• Assisting the marketing team in developing ideas and content for advertising campaigns.


• Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's publications.


• Work closely with the marketing team to distribute content over the web.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role like Blog/Article and products description writing etc.  


• Hands-on knowledge of SEO and how it applies to content marketing


• Experience doing research using multiple sources


• Familiarity with web publications


• Excellent writing and editing skills in English


• Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Positions open for experienced graduates/Masters in Business or IT.


• 3+ years’ experience in technical writing is preferred


• Experience using authoring applications to write, format, manage and publish high-quality content.


• Certification in Technical English Writing would be a plus.


• Previous experience working in an agile engineering environment a plus.
