| Job Description: |
- Knowledge of vehicle makes & models for European/American brands.
- Extensive knowledge of parts
- Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests.
- Facilitate sales transactions by advising customers on suitable products that best meet their needs.
- Develops clients by maintaining rapport with previous customers; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
- Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile.
- Handles incoming sales calls as well as makes outgoing sales calls.
- Answering telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest sales trends and best practices.
