| Job Description: |
- To ensure the smooth functioning of all store and inventory management operations effectively and efficiently.
- To assist the HOD in designing and implementing an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
- Examine the levels of supplies, raw material, packing material and all other store items to determine the shortages and raise the demands to maintain the stock levels as per defined SOPs.
- To keep close coordination with procurement and all the other departments regarding matters related to store and inventory management/operations.
- To keep close coordination with production and maintenance department to ensure the timely availability of material, items, equipments, machinery parts etc. to avoid any kindly of delay in production or maintenance operations.
- Order new supplies to avoid deficiencies or excessive surplus.
- Manages, stores, and/or returns overstock, processes the return of defective or expired items.
- Receives store deliveries, maintain and update the records and report the variances (if any).
- Conduct daily analyses to forecast potential inventory issues
- Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
- To ensure that data input in the Oracle inventory Module is accurate with all required information.
- To maintain the proper record of PRs (Purchase Requisitions), GRNs (Good Receive Notes), material receipts, issuance and stock according to SOPs
