Trademor, one of the official Channel Partners of Alibaba.com in Pakistan, is looking for a competitive and passionate Assistant Manager After-Sales for the servicing of their overseas clientele.
Responsibilities include managing the services team, maintaining customer satisfaction while improving the quality of service.
Responsibilities:
-Work as Alibaba.com certified services representative in the Global market for Alibaba.com.
-Providing excellent quality services to our international clients.
-Conduct international market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
-Handle complaints or objections.
-Manage team members to achieve better results.
-Working as PoC with our international partners.
-Provide regular training to our on-boarded clients on how to use the platform.
-Hands on experience with E-Commerce Platforms, CRMs, A&V etc.
-Proficiency in English language.
-Thorough understanding of customer handling and negotiating techniques.
-Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
-Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations and pitches
-Team Management & Leadership Experience
-Night Shift (06:00 PM to 02:00 AM)
