| Job Description: |
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, client servicing and project management skills in order to resolve day to day issues with clients and ensure smooth operations of assigned projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Successfully plan, manage, execute and control Software Development project activities for multiple projects across all project phases, based on Project Management principles and best practices
- Ensure project deliverables are on schedule and within cost parameters
- Communicate with team members to clarify project expectations in a timely and clear fashion; Delegate tasks and responsibilities appropriately
- Ability to multi task and use innovative management techniques
- Mentoring and providing guidance to team members
Required Skills:
- Highly self-motivated individual with strong commitment to meet deadlines and ability to work independently
- Ability to handle various projects simultaneously
- Proven communication skills; Excellent written and spoken English
- Soft skills including moderation, facilitation, presentation and conflict management
