| Job Description: |
April and June Digital Private Limited is a Germany based Software house & Digital marketing company, started operation back in 2009 in Berlin, Germany and in 2010 in Lahore, Pakistan.
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Sat & Sun Off)
Working Hours: 10 AM till 07 PM
Office Location: Lahore
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a practicing agile coach as well as experience in the use of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) but most importantly OKR (Objectives and Key Results).
- Profound skills in coaching teams and individuals at various management levels.
- A holistic agile mindset and a good knowledge of agile methods
- Very good methodological knowledge in the areas of moderation and communication, as well as excellent visualization and presentation skills.
