Job Description: |
- We are seeking a Software Business Analyst with good communication and documentation skills who will be responsible for eliciting, capturing, communicating, and validating business requirements.
- The Software Business Analyst will work closely with CTO and Clients to get support in enhancing the process of documentation for streamlining procedures and operations.
- Further, the role requires coordination with offshore customers and cross functional teams to provide inputs for implementation of technology for business solutions.
Technical Skills:
- Gathering, documenting and collaborating with Clients on their functional and nonfunctional requirements of their business processes.
- Analyze and review client’s operational procedures and methods; define and analyze business models and activities; identify best practices with implementations; and recommend improvements.
- Create easy to understand Technical & Functional specifications for complex workflows for development teams
- Produce clear, accurate and comprehensive systems specifications
- Act as a liaison between business clients and development team
- Coordinate with developers and QA team to explain system requirements
- Create detailed functional requirements and development artefacts such as workflow diagrams, business rules, data mapping spreadsheets, and/or wire-frames
- Develop UML diagrams such as Use Case, Activity and Sequence Diagrams
- Develop Business Requirement Document (BRS) & Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
Personal Skills:
- Ability to use initiative in solving business and technical problems
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non- technical personnel at all levels, internally and externally
- Working in an Agile environment and continuously reviewing the business needs, defining priorities, outlining milestones and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project schedules and produce project reports / documentation.
- Must have experience handling multiple projects and products.
- Must have exposure dealing with International clients.
- Ability of Change management, end user training, UAT for smooth business process transition
- Ensure continuous business process improvement through capturing and analyzing business data
Experience Required:
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience within the same capacity
