| Job Description: |
Position Purpose:
- To evaluate the external environment, plus competition in the industry as well as prospects of success for a better foreseeing of the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- To conduct primary and Secondary research and develop a summary of the competition of the business.
- Define, develop and implement business planning processes.
- To identify best market practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.
- To transform findings into visual presentations, including graphs and charts or dashboards within related tools to management.
- To consult and interpret business data, business processes & marketing data and provide insight and recommendations for the execution of the business plan.
- To evaluate existing business processes, market share & conduct competitor analysis and suggest lean and innovative systems for the business development by maintaining in-depth knowledge of market dynamics.
- To deliver presentations before prospective clients.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Expert Level Online Research Skills, Communication skills and Creative presentation skills
Qualification:
- Well educated Masters or Batchlers, WITH atleast 5 years’ experience in the construction or real estate sectors
