Restaurant Manager Salary Pkr 100,000

  • An opportunity for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Memsaab of Lahore,
  • Memsaab of Lahore is a contemporary dining experience with a focus of a fresh, exciting menu bringing a new inspired concept to Lahore.
  • From traditional dishes to fusion style catering, afternoon tea which rivals that of the Ritz in London to the perfect drinksmenu including non-alcoholic cocktails there is something for everyone at Memsaab of Lahore in an inspired space.
  • As a General Manager you will meet all financial and operational expectations of the restaurant, while exceeding customer expectations and maintaining a strong team.

  • We are looking for aManager who is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience, to work with us to help take Memsaab of Lahore from strength to strength.

Duties to include:

  • Be responsible for the strategic planning, development and success of the restaurant alongside the Executive Chef
  • Have a great front of house presence
  • Manage and motivate, leading the training of team members
  • Exceed guest expectations by providing exceptional service
  • Have extensive experience as a General Manager within the hospital industry
  • Have a passion for good food
  • Meet all health and hygiene requirements
  • Outstanding attention to detail- encouraging a culture of high standards throughout the team
  • Lead and manage a high performing team, developing skills, building confidence, whilst promoting enthusiasm
  • Manage budgets, rota and payroll information, margins, stock management and all financial aspects of the restaurant and front of house
  • Responsible for cash ups and banking as well as passing relevant information to Senior Management team
  • Assist to plan and execute any on site events
  • Working in partnership with the Executive Chef to ensure the success of Memsaab of Lahore

The ideal candidate will:

  • Minimum of 5 years previous management experience
  • Previous working experience in a 5* hotel environment
  • Have a great level of customer service
  • Be highly organized with the ability to communicate and delegate effectively where appropriate
  • Have a pro-active and motivated attitude
  • Passionate about international hospitality
  • Be resilient, have ambition and drive to be part of a successful business
  • Be able to work well in a busy high pressured environment
  • Experience in managing budgets and stock management
  • English language skills – both written and verbal
