| Job Description: |
The responsibilities of a HR Officer (Recruitment & Selection) include identifying future hiring needs, sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
- Managing Business Units and Head Office recruitments
- Processing of Recruitment and Selection of staff / Officers
- Coordinating with shortlisted candidates for documentation and interview
- Processing induction cases in light of AWT’s policies and procedures.
- Vetting of induction cases (all grades)
- Responsible for coordinating and managing selection process of relevant Business Units and HO.
- Initiating and processing relevant Business Unit cases and Head Office.
- Any other task assigned by Management
